Results

Hair Botox improves the texture and health of the hair without changing its natural structure. It restores the hair without chemically straightening it.

It is important to understand that damaged hair can take time to recover, and multiple treatments may be necessary depending on the condition of the hair.

Hair Botox works deeply within the hair cortex and continues to work from within for several weeks.

One of the first benefits to fade is shine, because the cuticles form the outer layer of the hair. As soon as some cuticles become damaged, the hair may appear less shiny. This does not mean that the treatment is no longer working!

Maintenance

  • Avoid products containing keratin

  • Repeat 1 to 4 times per year

The maintenance routine must be followed for a minimum of 2 months.

Why avoid nourishment (proteins, keratin, and amino acids) after Hair Botox?Because the Hair Botox treatment provides the hair with these nourishing components up to its saturation point. Adding more can overload the hair fiber and potentially cause it to become brittle.

  • Directions

    1. Perform a light CLARIFYING SHAMPOO, focusing only on the roots. Simply rinsing allows the shampoo to run through the lengths and is sufficient. Do not scrub the ends.

    Use a regular shampoo if the hair color was applied very recently.

    2. Gently squeeze the hair with a towel to remove excess water.

    The application can be done at the sink. For a more professional service, we recommend performing the treatment at the styling chair.

    3. Gently detangle the hair and divide it into ½-inch sections.

    4. Apply ROYAL Hair Botox with a brush, strand by strand, starting 1 cm from the roots.

    Important: DO NOT APPLY THE PRODUCT TO THE SCALP.

    Approximately 30–50 ml of product is needed per application, depending on hair thickness and length.

    5. Comb through the excess product and make sure it is evenly distributed throughout the hair.

    6. For Original Botox: leave on for 35–45 minutes with a plastic cap.

    The Platinum formula can be mixed with the Original formula.

    Processing time varies depending on the condition of the hair. The more damaged the hair, the shorter the processing time should be.

    7. Rinse the product out completely.

    Do not apply a mask, conditioner, or treatment.

    8. Divide the hair into sections and dry it 100%.

    9. Divide the hair into sections and flat iron:

    • To smooth the hair: 2–3 passes per strand
    • To preserve the natural curls: 4–8 passes per strand

    Set the flat iron to a maximum of 350–380°F.

    THE CLIENT CAN WASH HER HAIR THE SAME DAY

    It is essential to NEVER use detangler, hairspray, or heat protectant during the treatment. These products should only be used after the first wash.

  • Does the Intensive Treatment straighten the hair?

    Yes, Hair Botox can smooth curls, although obviously not to the same extent as a Brazilian smoothing treatment.

    The more passes you make with the flat iron during the procedure, the more you can soften curls and reduce frizz (4–8 passes).

    Conversely, to ensure that the client's curls are preserved, the flat iron should still be used to seal the cuticles, but with fewer passes (2–3 passes).

  • How long does the Intensive Treatment last?

    In general, the effects last 2 to 3 months. Duration may vary depending on hair porosity, the products used, and the frequency of shampooing.

    Porous hair absorbs treatments quickly but does not retain them for as long. This can explain why some clients may feel the effects for only a few weeks, while others experience longer-lasting results. Hair Botox may need to be performed more frequently to help restore hair porosity when necessary.

    The healthier the hair, the longer the treatment tends to last. Good hair care and styling habits can also help extend the results.

  • Is it different from Nanoplasty?

    These two treatments are very similar in terms of their application process, but the results are different. The main difference is that Hair Botox does not have hair straightening as its primary purpose, whereas smoothing is the main purpose of Nanoplasty.

    ROYAL Hair Botox is also much more intensive when it comes to hair repair. In some cases, it can even be too rich for very weak hair or hair that already contains a high level of proteins, whereas Nanoplasty is highly effective but less intensive.

    Hair Botox focuses on hair growth, helping reduce hair loss, and repairing the hair fiber, whereas Nanoplasty is primarily designed to soften curls and control frizz without affecting hair growth.

  • Can there be an odor in the hair?

    Yes! This does not happen with every client, and the intensity can vary. The odor is stronger when the hair is wet and may last for a few washes.
